We’re a family owned and operated private housing provider based in South Tyneside. We’re local, we work with locals and we provide housing for locals. Housing is our heritage. It’s what we know, it’s what we love and it’s what we’re committed to. Born and bred in the North East, our family has been creating homes for people in the community for generations.
We exist to provide long-term, high-quality rental homes that local, working people can take pride in - investing in our local area and contributing to a stronger, more stable community. We refurbish run down properties as well as building new ones, all whilst utilising local tradesman and suppliers, helping to create jobs and support other small businesses in the local economy.
